Bugge (Budge) Frances Mary Aged 89 years peacefully at the John Radcliffe on 8th February 2017. Beloved mother to Finn (Bugge) & Ingrid (Flynn), sister to Flora, Jane & Jenny and grandmother to James, who will be sadly missed by family and friends. Funeral service to take place at Oxford Crematorium at 12noon on Wednesday 1st March. Family flowers only please.
