Carmichael Frederick Passed away peacefully at home aged 71 years. Beloved husband of the late Katherine and much loved father of Kirsty and Peter. The Funeral Service will take place on Friday 14th August at 1.30 pm at Oxford Crematorium. Family flowers only but donations if desired to Cancer Research UK c/o S & R Childs, 142 Oxford Road, Cowley, OX4 2EA
