FOULKS John Passed away at home on the 22nd March 2015 aged 85 years. Beloved Husband of Jean, Father of David and Jay, Grandfather of Daniel, Matthew, Victoria, Joshua, Aaron and Harry, Great-grandfather to Amy, Luna and Mason. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service to be held at South Oxfordshire Crematorium, Abingdon Road, Garford OX13 5PA at 3pm on the 9th April.
