OFFLEY Clive Edward Passed peacefully away in hospital after a short illness on 12th November aged 77 years. He will be sadly missed by his sister Jacqueline and family. Funeral to be held at 12.15pm on Wednesday 26th November at Oxford Crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Helen House Hospice c/o S & R Childs, 69 London Road, Headington, Oxford. OX3 9AA
