HAYES Reginald John Warr "Britain’s Oldest Scouter” 2nd Oxford Scout Group and 36th Iffley Scout Group died peacefully on 21st October 2014 at the John Radcliffe Hospital aged 99 years. A Service to celebrate his life will be held on Wednesday 5th November 1.00pm at SS Mary and John’s Church Cowley Road, followed by burial. No Flowers by request, donations if desired for the Oxford Night Shelter c/o S&R Childs, 69 London Road, Headington, OX3 9AA
