BELCHER JENNIFER EILEEN Passed away peacefully in the John Radcliffe Hospital on the 19th July 2014 aged 73. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. The funeral service will take place at Oxford Crematorium on Thursday 7th August at 1.30pm. Flowers welcome or donations if desired for the N.S.P.C.C.
