Casley Jack Passed away in the John Radcliffe Hospital on 31st May 2014, aged 88 years. Loving husband of Vi and much loved Dad to Joy. He is greatly missed by his family and friends. Funeral service to take place at Oxford Crematorium on Friday 6th June at 10.30 a.m. No flowers please, but donations if desired to Dementia UK c/o S & R Childs, 69 London Road, Headington, OX3 9AA
