I HAVE followed with interest the recent correspondence regarding council disinvestment from fossil fuel companies.

WHEN, after our first-time visit, we tried to leave Oxford (around 6.30pm on Saturday – a scorchingly hot day), I found it difficult to do so due to extreme congestion.
