Paul Bromley, 44, of Croxford Gardens, Kidlington, was convicted in his absence of stealing cat food worth less than £20 from Sainsbury's, Oxford Road, Kidlington, on August 6. Also convicted in his absence of assaulting Antoine Kaburimbo by beating, which was racially aggravated, in Oxford Road, Kidlington, on the same date. Handed a community order with a four-month electronic curfew requirement and a drug rehabilitation requirement. Ordered to pay £100 compensation, an £85 victim surcharge and £250 costs.

Kelly Bridges, 34, of Chester Road, Bedford, admitted stealing groceries worth £382.23 from Marks & Spencer in Witney, on October 17. Handed a community order with a four-week electronic curfew requirement. Ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge.

Hayden Baker, 26, of East Street, Bicester, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by not attending programme requirement sessions on September 22 and October 12. Fined £75.

Tara Illingworth, 39, of Glanville Gardens, Banbury, admitted stealing a Piper security camera worth £194.99 from Maplin, in Banbury, on October 2 and 8. Jailed for 28 days. Ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

Gavin Lawton, 35, of no fixed abode, admitted burglary in Oxford Road, Kidlington, on September 3. Also admitted committing an offence while subject to a conditional discharge order. Jailed for 26 weeks and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

Lee Simmons, 31, of Hertford Close, Bicester, was convicted of drug-driving in the rear car park of The Kings Arms, Market Square, Bicester, on January 27. Had more than 200 micrograms of benzoylegonine in his blood, exceeding the limit of 50 micrograms per litre of blood. Also has no less than 106 micrograms of morphine in his blood, exceeding the limit of 80 micrograms. Handed a community order with a rehabilitation activity requirement and a 120-hour unpaid work requirement. Ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £250 costs. Driving licence endorsed with 10 points.

Shaun Laurie, 20, of Corn Street, Witney, admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Witney on May 25. Handed a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

Angus Macinnes, 20, of Pear Tree Cottage, Milcombe, admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Chipping Norton, on August 28. Also admitted drug-driving in Horsefair, Chipping Norton, on the same date. Had 3.4 micrograms of cannabis in his blood, exceeding the limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £180 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Handed a 12-month driving ban.

Gillian Oxby, 72, of Southern Road, Thame, admitted speeding at 39mph in a 30mph zone on the B4011 in Oakley, Buckinghamshire, on November 6, 2015. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Adrian Trofinescu, 28, of Thames Avenue, Bicester, admitted speeding at 52mph in a 40mph zone on the A4129 at Kingsey, Bucks, on January 19. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.

Katherine Watson, 57, of Franklin Close, Kidlington, was convicted of failing to provide Thames Valley Police with information which could have identified a motorist suspected of driving offences between May 7 and June 4, 2015, and between May 11 and June 8, 2015. Fined £360 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

Mark Bliss, 66, of Kingston Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving on a public road, namely Botley Road, Oxford, without insurance on September 10, 2015. Fined £330 and ordered to pay a £33 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Maximilian Morgan, 24, of Stickley Court, Faringdon, admitted harassing Valentina Moiana in Oxford by sending a series of abusive messages and making unwanted phone calls to her between February 17 and June 13, 2016. Given a restraining order until November 2020, fined £200 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Caroline O'Connell, 37, of Padbury Drive, Banbury, was convicted of failing to present a train ticket for inspection when asked to do so in Banbury on June 15. Fined £220 and ordered to pay £4.90 compensation, a £22 victim surcharge and £130 costs.

Chidinma Omergara, 21, of Cosin Close, Oxford, was convicted of not having a valid train ticket while en route to Bicester Village on June 19. Fined £220 and ordered to pay £29.20 compensation, a £22 victim surcharge and £130 costs.

Alexander Parker, 31, of Station Approach, Banbury, was convicted of not having a valid ticket on the railway near Banbury on June 20. Fined £220 and ordered to pay £9.80 compensation, a £22 victim surcharge and £130 costs.

Haydyn Foskett, 37, of Fleetwood Way, Thame, admitted driving an unlicensed HGV in Portsmouth on July 7, August 11 and November 2, 2015. Fined £500 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £90 costs.

Shohab Doger, 22, of Tawney Street, Oxford, admitted assaulting Connor Woodward by beating him in Hythe Bridge Street, Oxford, on July 31. Ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work and pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Julie O'Brien, 40, of Rotary Way, Hanwell Fields, Banbury, admitted stealing meat products of an unknown value from Co-op in Bloxham on June 12. Given a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £40 costs.
