A man accused of burning down council offices in South Oxfordshire has been deemed fit enough to enter pleas.
The case of Andrew Main, 47, had been adjourned earlier this month for psychiatric reports to be completed.
But his barrister Adrian Amer told Oxford Crown Court today that fitness to plead is no longer an issue.
Main, of Braze Lane, Rokemarsh, is charged with two counts of arson with intent to endanger life and two counts of arson reckless as to whether life was in danger.
The counts relate to fires on January 15 at the South Oxfordshire and Vale of White Horse district councils and a funeral parlour, both in Crowmarsh Gifford and a thatched cottage in Rokemarsh.
Main, who is in custody and was excused from attending the hearing, will appear before the same court for a plea and case management hearing on April 10.
