A PERSON was killed in a three-vehicle crash on the Witney Road near Brize Norton yesterday.

Police officers, firefighters and paramedics were called to the scene around 2.40pm.

Two people had to be cut from their cars and were taken to hospital. A third was declared dead at the scene, the fire service said yesterday.

The road was closed until 6.45pm.
