Market rent rethink will raise questions
THE wish of a senior Oxford City Council officer to avoid the drawn-out fiasco of the rent reviews for the Covered Market is welcome.
But if David Edwards’ words come true, then it will raise even more questions about the council’s handling of this current round which has turned so acrimonious.
