A MAN who admitted voyeurism will be sentenced tomorrow at Oxford Crown Court.
Philip Harper, of Edinburgh Way, Banbury, pleaded guilty to a charge of voyeurism and breaching an antisocial behaviour order on August 17 last year.
The 45-year-old was due to be sentenced last week but was not brought from Bullingdon Prison because the prison had spelled his first name incorrectly.
He remains in custody.
