LEE WINDEBANK, 23, of Hillside View, Chinnor, admitted using threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of or provoke unlawful violence in Chinnor on May 30. Community order made with a six-week curfew requirement. Told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge.

DAISY WOOD, 21, of Holland Place, Headington, Oxford, admitted assault by beating at Wahoo in Hythe Bridge Street, Oxford, on September 19. Community order made with an eight-week curfew requirement. Told to pay £100 compensation and a £60 victims’ surcharge.

MARTIN DOWZALL, 25, of Norris Close, Abingdon, admitted drink-driving in Appleford on September 15. Had 81 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £250, a £25 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 20 months.

DARREN DAY, 46, of no fixed address, admitted criminal damage worth more than £250 to a wall belonging to Premier Inn, Garsington Road, Oxford, on October 3. Told to pay £300 compensation and £85 costs.

DANIEL KILBEE, 32, of Bradstocks Way, Sutton Courtenay, admitted assaulting Sgt Christopher Ball in the execution of his duty in Bostock Road, Abingdon on September 19. Fined £200, a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

ANDREW HARRIS, 32, of Oxford Homeless Pathways, Oxford, admitted shoplifting a bottle of vodka worth £24 from Tesco Metro in Magdalen Street, Oxford, on October 5. Fined £100 and a £20 victims’ surcharge.

BANBURY MAGISTRATES Daniel Armitage, 26, from Broughton Road, Banbury, admitted assaulting a constable, PC Daniels, in the execution of his duty on August 18 in Portway, Banbury. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

JONATHAN JACO, 35, from Jubilee Court, Banbury, admitted stealing a computer game and electrical items worth £84.95 from Sainsburys in Bicester on August 22. Ordered to carry out 80 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months and pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs.

SABRINA SELLS, 30, of Bridge Street, Banbury, admitted stealing DVDs of unknown value from Co-op in Chatsworth Drive, Banbury on May 7. Given a nine-month supervision requirement and ordered to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge.

NAQASH HUSSAIN, 23, of Prescott Avenue, Banbury, admitted driving without due care and attention, failing to stop when directed to do so by a police constable, driving a large goods vehicle or passenger carrying vehicle, a Renault Clio, on roads without valid insurance and without a valid licence on Longlandes Way, Evenlode and Ruscott Avenue in Banbury on June 15. Fined £550 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge.

JASON JENNINGS, 37, of Maple Court, Kidlington, admitted drink driving on the A4260 in Kidlington on September 20. Had 73 micrograms of alcohol in 100 ml of breath above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £100 and told to pay £20 victims’ surcharge and £50 costs. Disqualified from holding a driving licence for 19 months.

GERGELY SZENDREI, 30, of Dene Road, Headington admitted speeding while driving above 30mph on Cuddesdon Road, Horspath, on May 17. Fined £160 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and costs of £65.

MUHAMAD ZADA, 23, of St Martin’s Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving a motor vehicle without a valid licence or valid insurance on St Martin’s Road on April 23. Fined £200 ordered to pay £20 victims’ surcharge. Disqualified from driving for six months.
